Hillory’s adventure began as a passion project in loving memory of her mother Darlene. 
Lavender Hills also works to bring family and friends together and to give back to the beautiful hills of Hoosick! 
This year as the lavender field began to bloom 
Meg Walraed of Shaker Hollow trees and bees 
(Her apiary is located in White creek,NY
asked Hillory to bring a robust colony of her bees to Lavender Hills(owned and operated by Hillory Hamilton)
to help with pollination, diversification of colony resources, and to bring the community some of the best honey yet!
Through this perfectly balanced collaboration we  Were able to combine both of our efforts and energy throughout the year and present to you a perfect pairing;
